School-Based Health Services
One Community Health makes health care easy for students by providing services right at school. We offer medical, dental, preventive, and behavioral health care on campus to remove barriers like cost, transportation, and lack of access, so students get the care they need.
School Services
Behavioral Health Support
One Community Health supports your overall well-being by including behavioral health as part of your care. Behavioral health focuses on how thoughts and actions affect mental and physical health. Services may include counseling, group therapy, medication management, and lifestyle support, and most health plans cover these treatments.
Sports Physicals
Before your child plays sports, a physical is required to ensure safety and readiness. These visits also cover health questions, immunizations, and more. We offer sports physicals year-round at all clinics, including school-based health centers.
Dental Care
OCH offers free dental care at school for all Hood River students in grades K-12 through our School-Based Dental Sealant Program. Services are available in English and Spanish, sponsored by Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Community Foundation.
Youth Proxy Access
Parents or guardians can access a child’s health record until age 12. At 12, access becomes limited. Proxy ends at 18, when the patient can add another adult proxy if needed.
