Need to Cancel Your Appointment?
Please call or text us as soon as you know and at least 24 hours before your visit, so we can give your visit to another person waiting for the chance to visit with your doctor.
Urgent Medical Needs
If you have an urgent medical need and are seeking same-day service, please call us to check for availability and clinical advice. We offer same-day appointments and can also connect you with one of our nurses.

Dental emergencies
Have a dental emergency? Walk-ins are accepted Monday through Friday beginning at 7 a.m. at Hood River and The Dalles clinics.
Do you have an Advantage Dental Plan? Contact PacificSource at 800.431.4135 for a list of dental providers who can provide emergency dental care – OCH no longer accepts this plan.
After Hours Care
OCH patients can access after-hours care from OCH clinicians 365 days a year (including holidays and weekends) by calling the number below. We are bilingual (Spanish/English) and offer interpretation services for other languages, too.
