Pay My Bill
Learn how to pay your bills at One Community Health. Find FAQs, co-pay details, payment methods, refunds, and helpful information to manage your healthcare costs easily.
Co-Pays
When you visit One Community Health, be prepared to pay your co-pay or make a nominal payment ($25) toward your services. We accept cash, checks, debit, and credit cards at the time of service.
Pay My Bill
After your visit, you will receive a bill in the mail for your service fees. You can pay that via phone, in person, MyChart or by Mail.
Pay Via Phone
Call 541-386-6380 ex.11598 to pay your bills using a credit card by phone.
Pay In Person
Pay via Debit, Credit Card, Check or Cash at the front desk of your One Community Health clinic.
Pay By Mail
Send cash or a personal check to the address on your bill. Credit and debit cards cannot be used for mail payments.
Pay Via MyChart
When you have a bill, you’ll get an alert in MyChart. You can pay with a credit card through your online patient portal, MyChart.

Billing Questions?
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. Please pay your deductible, copay, or coinsurance at check-in. After your visit, you may receive a bill for any remaining balance. If you have a credit, we’ll issue a refund promptly.
Refunds are sent by check unless you paid through MyChart – then the refund goes back to your credit card that the payment was made from.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 days after approval.
If you’re approved for discounts or coverage, they can apply to appointments from the past 30 days. To update your status quickly, call our billing department at 541‑386‑6380, ext. 11598.
We accept cash, checks, debit, and credit cards. You can also pay your bill online through your patient portal: MyChart.
If you prefer to pay by mail, please note that we cannot accept credit or debit cards by mail.

Yes! Our certified enrollment assisters can help you apply for Oregon or Washington Medicaid and Marketplace plans. Both Hood River and The Dalles clinics have bilingual Patient Care Advocates to guide you before your visit. Schedule an Appointment in English or Spanish.
