One Community Health’s Mobile Medical Clinic (La Clínica) will be offering health services in Wishram and Klickitat, starting in January 2025!

One Community Health (OCH) is bringing medical care and resource navigation to the communities of Wishram and Klickitat. A variety of services will be available out of our mobile medical clinic, La Clínica, including:

  • Urgent care and small procedures
  • Illness
  • Injury
  • Preventative health care and primary care for adults and children
  • Diabetes and chronic disease management
  • Basic vision exams
  • Immunizations
  • Referrals to specialists
  • COVID, diabetes, A1c, STI, and other basic testing
  • Access to substance use support and medications
  • Wound care
  • Behavioral health (virtual)
  • Insurance enrollment and financial aid applications
  • Resource navigation
