One Community Health supports your overall well-being by including behavioral health as part of your care. Behavioral health focuses on how thoughts and actions affect mental and physical health. Services may include counseling, group therapy, medication management, and lifestyle support, and most health plans cover these treatments.

Behavior Health Programs

Behavioral Health Services
We offer in clinic and virtual visits with licensed behavioral health providers who can support your mental health. You can come in for a few short sessions or ongoing therapy. We help with reducing anxiety and depression, parenting and family challenges, relationship concerns, stress, sleep issues, healthy habits, coping with illness or injury, alcohol and substance use, and grief and loss.

School-Based Behavioral Health Services
Our Behavioral Health Consultants provide in-person and virtual support so students can access credentialed professionals at school. For in-person visits, OCH has a School-Based Health Center (SBHC) located at Hood River Valley High School. Students enrolled in Hood River County School District are eligible to receive services at SBHC. For Virtual Visits, OCH also offers virtual behavioral health services for South Wasco County schools. Addiction Treatment Program
